This policy applies to all online purchases via www.mk.gd.
Australia and New Zealand
Free shipping applies on all orders within Australia and New Zealand.
Orders are fulfilled by Quickmail 3PL in Western Australia with full tracking provided by email or text.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days.
New Zealand customers are responsible for any duties or import costs that may be incurred in New Zealand. The courier has the discretion to pay these costs, where applicable, without prior notification to the customer. The customer will be responsible for reimbursing the courier for any such costs incurred.
Postage Express eParcel – Domestic: flat-rate shipping of $20 per order.
International
United States
Flat-rate shipping of USD $20 per order.
US customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import charges. Where required, the courier may advance these costs to avoid delays. Customers must reimburse the courier directly for any charges paid on their behalf.
Europe and United Kingdom
Flat-rate shipping of EUR 15 per order.
EU and UK customers are responsible for any duties, VAT or import processing fees. Couriers may advance these charges at their discretion. Customers must reimburse the courier for any such amounts.
Asia
Flat-rate shipping of AUD 24 per order.
Customers are responsible for any duties or import charges that apply in their region. Couriers may pay these charges to expedite clearance. Customers must reimburse the courier for any amounts paid on their behalf.
Other International Destinations
Where possible, we offer flat-rate or subsidised shipping. If a fixed rate is not available for your location, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT or import charges applied by their local authorities.
Important Delivery Information
Orders placed after 3pm Perth time are dispatched the next business day.
Quickmail does not operate on Western Australian public holidays. Orders placed on these days are dispatched the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change or redirect the delivery address.
A daytime delivery address and contact number are required.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote areas or during peak periods.
If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will contact you with options. Partial shipments may incur additional freight charges.

If You Are Not Home
Most orders require a signature on delivery unless the courier provides an alternative safe-drop option. If no one is present, a card may be left with details for collection or arranging redelivery.
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, usually on the next business day. Occasional delays can happen due to courier congestion, weather, or customs processing. When delays occur, we will do everything we can to keep you updated and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Fast Sizing Exchanges
December 2025 – February 2026
For our launch and during the school start period, we offer Fast Sizing Exchange Shipping to make sure students have the correct size as quickly as possible.
Here’s how it works:
1. Start your exchange request
Submit your details through our Webpage Returns Form (Shopify returns link).
2. Pay for your return postage
You’ll receive a prepaid return label. Once the return postage is paid for, your exchange becomes active.
3. We ship your replacement pair immediately
As soon as the return label is paid, we’ll send out your new size without waiting for the original shoes to reach our warehouse.
4. Return arrives at our warehouse
Our fulfillment partner receives your original pair and completes inspection. Shoes must be clean and lightly worn indoors only.
5. Finalisation
If your returned pair meets our condition standards, the exchange is complete. If the returned pair has been heavily worn or damaged, we may contact you to discuss next steps.
This Fast Exchange method balances speed with responsibility. It allows families to get the right size quickly while helping us properly recycle, restock, or certify returned pairs.
Returns & Exchanges Rules
14 days Returns Window
To begin the exchange or return process, head to our Returns Portal (Shopify returns link).
We accept shoes that have been lightly tried on indoors (for fit and comfort) but not worn outside. Returned shoes must be clean, in good condition, and include the original box.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection at our warehouse.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We provide a simple prepaid label through our Returns Portal, and the cost of that label will be deducted or charged at the time of booking.
If the original pair is not lodged with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the return label, we may charge the value of the replacement pair to the original payment method.
“Good As”
Our Circular Recommerce Program
Returned or display pairs that meet quality standards are cleaned, inspected, and re-certified as “Good As.”
These are offered at a lower price, clearly labelled, and are Final Sale (no returns unless faulty).
Shoes that can’t be resold are recycled through certified partners — nothing goes to landfill on purpose.
How the Process Works
1. Start a return or exchange
Email us at returns@mk.gd and include:
1 – Order number
2 – Reason for return
2. Pay for your return label
You’ll be shown the cost of return shipping (typically $10–$15 depending on your location). Payment is made securely in the portal, no need to queue at the post office.
3.Ship your original pair
Once you have paid for postage, you will receive a returns label via email. Print and attach it to the box and drop your parcel at any Australia Post or courier point. Tracking will update automatically once scanned.
4. We inspect your return
Once received, our 3PL partner Quickmail checks the shoes for condition and processes your return.
5. New pair ships
If you requested an exchange, your replacement pair is automatically released once the return is approved — at no extra charge for shipping back to you.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your shoes are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost.

International Returns & Exchanges Policy
International Customers
Because cross-border shipping has both financial and environmental costs, our international returns process works a little differently from our domestic policy. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including returning the product and shipping the replacement
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
Shoes must be either not used or lightly tried indoors and in original condition.
Return shipping is at your cost; MakeGood® covers no domestic taxes or duties paid at import.
Refunds are for the product price only — outbound shipping, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
Exchanges
Because international freight is carbon- and cost-heavy, we don’t ship exchanges automatically. Instead, we offer two options:
Fast Refund + New Order — Return your shoes, receive a refund, and reorder your new size straight away.
Hybrid Exchange — If you prefer a direct swap, we’ll ship your new pair once your original pair has been received and the return postage payment has cleared through our portal.
You pay return freight; we cover shipping of the replacement pair. Duties and taxes may apply again upon import.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) — local duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility on arrival.
Some countries (e.g., the US) may charge import duties on the total value including shipping.
If you reject delivery or refuse customs fees, the return cost will be deducted from your refund once the item arrives back in Australia.
Sustainable Returns
To reduce carbon footprint, we encourage international customers to consider local resale or donation for sizing errors.
Contact returns@mk.gd for approval before posting back internationally — we’ll provide a label or nearest logistics hub if available.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, MakeGood® will cover all return and replacement freight costs.
Where possible, we’ll refund any import duties via carrier claim.
We prioritise your replacement shipment.
International Returns (USA, UK, EU & Asia)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover the cost of return postage and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
To keep things fair, we’ll ship your replacement pair once your return and postage payment are received.
For faulty items, MakeGood® covers everything — shipping, duties, and replacement.
